At 2XU, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance journey. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unworn and in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
